I am rejecting this response because:
Ganley did not respond to the fact that they sold me a worthless platinum warranty and because the factory warranty takes care of the car until percent of the warranty is used up and you only get a third of your money back. The warranty says great things on the front pages of the contract and then on the back pages it over rules everything it covers. All I ask is that Revdex.com ask for a copy of the platinum warranty and you will see what a rip off it is. I can remember a minute program about a warranty rip off and how they uncovered it. The company was out of Florida and so is this company. I really feel that they won't send you a copy of the warranty because if they do it will show you exactly what I mean

I am rejecting this response because I was merely asking for a customer accommodation if even a partial monetary compensation for having to buy new tires earlierThere was a Miss information provided by the original Aurora location where I bought the vehicle from and I was treated quite belligerently and unprofessionally by the general manager at that locationI will not be setting foot back there anytime soon

We performed a diagnosis and engine block test on Mr ***'s Dodge Journey that he recently bought in an As/Is conditionWe found the vehicle to be missing coolant and also found hydrocarbons mixed in with the engine coolantThese two conditions are indicative of a blown head gasket or
warped cylinder heads. Mr*** declined any further diagnosis. The opinion that his recently flushed cooling system works properly at this moment is not proof that his head gasket is fully intactRegardless, he contracted the dealership for a diagnosis, which was performed and is not eligible for a refund on the work performedThis policy is discussed at initial write up and disclosed on our invoice** ***General Manager***

Mr*** is welcome to appeal to the manufacturer utilizing applicable state Lemon Laws. We are happy to assist in this matter if he chooses to pursue this course of action

I discussed the situation with Ms***, apologized for any incorrect information given by our salesman and invited her to the dealership to determine if the tires had worn improperly in milesI also pointed out that the Austintown dealership had performed a service at miles,
including “tire condition and pressure checked.” Proper tire inflation is a condition that needs to be monitored frequently and according to the vehicle’s owner’s manual should be checked at least monthlyAllowing a vehicle to be delivered with the incorrect tire pressure is certainly a mistake, yet a mistake that should be remedied quickly by the vehicle owner or the next shop to perform an inspectionI apologized for our mistake, was willing to work toward a solution if it was determined that the mistake directly led to any loss on Ms***’s part and attempted to discuss the matter with accuracy and efficiencyThe Austintown dealership noticed no uneven wear and we were not afforded the opportunity to verify so there is no need for a monetary accommodationBJ ***General Manager

Today, Mr***'s Cherokee is at the dealership for servicingWe are doing a Transaxle Wiring Harness recall and this recall repair should handle any transmission issues that may be affecting his vehicle. We have not replaced the transmission and have addressed his concerns each
time he has visited the dealership. If he believes there is a fault in the transmission after the Transaxle Wiring Harness recall repair is complete, he should bring the vehicle back to the dealership and we will diagnose and correct the problemOriginal equipment batteries are covered under the manufacturer's year/mile basic warranty and his Cherokee has 40,milesTherefore the battery is not covered under the basic warranty regardless of how long he has owned the vehicle

I am rejecting this response because: I feel like this car is a lemon. The transmission has been changed once, has been fixed 3 times in the last 2.5 year. It is not safe to drive this car and I am trying to get out of the lease agreement for  this Jeep Cherokee.

We have refunded Mr. [redacted]'s service contract refund. I have discussed this issue with our staff and found that there is not a clear, concise process for these refunds and this is being corrected.  Had I been aware of this situation earlier, Mr. [redacted]'s refund would have been made...
