Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I should not have to keep taking my car to get fixed, regardless if I have to pay for things to get fixed I should not have to keep taking my car inI have complained about this car since I got the car this is ridiculous and upsetting to me, which is stressful and time consumingIt's embarrassing for me to have a car that is not reliable a day I have to ask per to assist me with my car problemsThis car is falling apart and all the dealership is concerned about is warranty, what ever happened to great customer serviceThis car should not have been sold, it's always after the warranty period everything goes wrongI have an extended warranty which does not cover any of the things going wrongIt is no way that I should have to replace brake pads, rotors, speakers and or amplifier, and a batteryI took my car in today because I had to get jumps days in a row and the dealership said it's nothing wrong with my car and reset something to turn off the lightI drove the car to Avon Lake and the car died again sitting in the parking lot, I had to get another jump twice in one dayThe check engine light came back onI took the car to [redacted] and they checked the battery a day said it was badSo once again I have a problem with this carIt is no way that one car should have so many problems and they are not being rectifiedI don't think that this is right for them to take my money and give me a lemonThis car is not reliable transportation I have kids that I transport in my car, God forbid I get stuck somewhere with no assistance around This dealership needs to take this car back and give me my deposit back so I can find reliable transportationI'm am not satisfied with the service that I am getting especially today while I was stuck in a parking lot because car wouldn't start I think it's mighty funny that I got stuck with this car and a piece by piece it's falling apartI even brought my sister to buy a car from themIt's a shame that customers don't come first in Ganley eyesI will never recommend them to anyone else I knowHow can a business be a thief

[redacted] Regards to the complaint of [redacted] [redacted] purchased his 2013 Chevrolet... Malibu on June 27th 2015 along with extended warranties. Mr. [redacted] signed for a warranty with a $100.00 deductible. On September 14th 2017 Mr. [redacted] brought his vehicle in to have the wheel bearings replaced. His warranty covered the cost other than the $100.00 deductible. We will waive the deductible this time, but we will let Mr. [redacted] know the next time he uses his warranty he will have to pay for the deductible. Attached you will find copies of the repair order and the warranty pay out. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.Sincerely, John L [redacted] General Manager

As a dealership, we have been extremely receptive of the frustrations the consumer has regarding the issues that have arisen with the Dodge Journey in questionFrom the time of purchase, we have fixed the problems that were present either through warranty or by good willThe consumer has not paid for a deductible or for any work to be done on the vehicle since purchaseThe Dodge Journey was sold as a Certified Vehicle, which carried a day factory warrantyBy admission of the consumer, the Rocket Shaft was fixed under warrantyAnother issue was that the horn would sound intermittingly unprovoked The Journey was brought in multiple times for this, however we were unable to duplicate the issue and thus unable to diagnose it properlyThrough great communication, we devised a plan to diagnose the issue the next time it happenedWe fixed the horn switch and now that issue has been rectifiedThe DVD player in the vehicle was also replaced.We have been willing to work with the consumer through various complications with the Dodge JourneyUnfortunately, some of the problems that needed to be fixed are not covered under warrantyWe understand the frustration from the consumer, which is why we have taken care of every issue that has come up thus far either by warranty, or by good will We tried to trade the consumer out of the vehicle; however math and credit history prevents any such actionRepairs can be made, but the customer needs to understand that not “all” repairs can be made at zero cost to the consumer In closing, I believe the Revdex.com knows our history over the past yearsWe take care of our customers, but at the end of the day the vehicle is owned by the consumer and everything cannot be taken care of for free [redacted]
