on two separate occasions The first time seen was 03-29-2016The complaint reported was CUSTOMER REPORTS THE CAR STALLED ONE TIME BUT HAD TO WAIT MINBUT WHEN SHE GAVE IT GAS IT STARTED RIGHT UP. At this visit the auto was inspected for a possible cause and the on board computers were scanned for possible trouble codesThere were no codes storedThe auto was release back to the owner. The second visit was 05-06-2016 CUSTOMER REPORTS THE CAR STALLED TWICE BUT IN BUMPER TO BUMPERTRAFFIC.SECOD TIME IN. The auto was again inspected by a Hyundai trained technician who found no cause or failure codes. On this visit I was asked to get involved with the automobile. I reviewed the tech notes and with the techI also asked the tech to search for a possible Technical Service Bulletin that may have been overlookedThere are no TSBs related to this concern.I then had the tech call in to Hyundai Field support for to review the owners concernHyundai support had no recommendations or possible causes. I spoke with the client and ask for permission to drive the automobile overnightMs.*** gave me permission to drive the auto overnight. I drove the automobile for more than milesI drove the vehicle on errands and to my homeI try and very my route to simulate what a client might do during a day(note not just home and back to work) I have over years in the automotive service industryI was an ASE certified tech in the shop and have been a service manager for over years. If I had any inkling that there was still a problem I would have kept the automobile until I was confident I was releasing a safe automobile. During my road test the automobile functioned and performed without any concerns from starting accelerating and a full range of driving conditions. At the time of service I could not verify the owner’s complaintNor does the automobile have any none problems in print or that the staff has seen related to a random stalling.
