4/3/Mr ***'s vehicle was subletted to us from an independent repair shop called *** ***They sent the vehicle to us for repairThey gave us consent to fix what was wrong with the vehicle, apparently without communicating to him what was wrong or getting this authorization
for the chargeMr*** was then surprised and upset that there was a $chargeWe were confused because we did not know who he was nor were we expecting him as we had been dealing directly with *** ***It is true that we has a difficult time understanding Mr***, however we understood that he was refusing to pay the billTherefore as a goodwill to the customer we took care of the charge for him and did not charge him anythingThere is nothing more we could do to remedy the situation other than what we've already done which is fix his car for freeWe appreciate the Revdex.com's consideration in this matter and look forward to their determination.

I will get the documents you requested by Thursday. I do not have a printer/copier at my home. I'd like to add that there really is no error in the contract or legal documents to my knowledge. The complaint was based off agreeing on a price when I purchased the vehicle then being told I owed $a month later when they found out they had given me the wrong pay off. Them lying about a payoff I had influenced my decision to buy the vehicle in their favor. In their defense they did say they could be off by a few hundred dollars. But, $really. Then to not pay my car off for over a month and not address it till I complained after I noticed it had flagged on my credit report

2/29/16 To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in response to Revdex.com Complaint #***. This customer came in on a Saturday, 1/9/16, to purchase his vehicleThe deal was done at night and the bank was closed so we weren't able to get the exact payoff amountWe
went off the number that was given to us by the customer and even added $just to be safeWhen our F&I Manager was able to call the bank, the payoff we had put through was still $shortWe had to wait a couple days and tried to send a check in to pay it off after we were first contacted by the customer, but the check came back because it was not the exact amountWe failed in communicating in a timely fashion to this customer what was happening with his payoff and why there was a discrepancyThe customer did have to pay the rest of the payoff that we hadn't accounted for, the $890, for the loan to be paid offThis was earlier this month and this should all be taken care of nowWe do apologize to the customer for not keeping in better contact and more effectively communicating what was happening with the payoff and why there was a discrepancyWe completely understand how frustrating and confusing it must have been but we do believe the customer is now satisfied. Customer service was poor, they did not address the problem issue or fix it correctlyWhen I addressed the multiple issues they agreed to trade my vehicle inWhen I came to pick up my vehicle they had the wrong one, and then I was told that my sale to them wasn't that importantI called the general manager and he has yet to return my callI had no results from Chrysler or Ganley's corporate officeI will never recommend them

was told by finance guy Al from ganley, that I was co signing for a friend, that was not the case. he put the car purchase 100% in my name, completely lieing to my face. He told me I was just co signing for credit score for friend. he ran my credit 14 times, destorying it at the same time. in the state of ohio both the puchaser and the co signer must qualify for the loan. he could not make this happen, so he put the car in my name as purchaser. I had 751 score my friend 520. the bank that the loan went through even flagged it as fraud, saying what logical reason would I need someone with a 520 credit score to co sign anything for me? I responded, exactly. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE RIP OFF SCAMMERS.
