I hired the company Gannaway Inc to repair my bathroom a year agoI was very impressed with their attention to detail from beginning to the endThey gave me some suggestions about designThey work very fast and make the job was done on timeEveryone who sees my bathroom is very impressedIf I will do another project in the future, I will definitely hire them againI can recommend them to anyone who is doing a bath renovation

Recently had my kitchen remodeledThey did a beautiful job! I couldn't be happierThe workers were professional and so niceThe office staff was super helpful and very nice as well!! I highly recommend!!!

Gannaway took 90% of the cost of the job within three days of starting my small guest bathroom remodeling and then took the next ten weeks before giving me a usable bathroomThe workmanship was extremely substandard and only after a dispute of the charges to my credit card was I able to get them to complete the jobThey never showed up at the time they were supposed to be there and I had to spend hours every day just waiting for someone to arriveI was left with several major problems to fixThey also left a mess every day they came to my homeThis is the worst company I have ever done business with, a completely dreadful experience

This company does not honor their contract.The owner talked me into believing that he was experienced in all phases of construction.He promised a smooth operation but delivered griefHe demanded payment far exceeding the amount of work doneMany of the workers were substandard requiring work to be redonePromises to deliver installations were never keptThis nightmare took seven months and was never completed

I got my bathroom remodeled and I am so happy to have custom bath and kitchen remodeling be the ones who preformed the Work on my bathroom it is so unique and everyone who comes over loves the custom cabinets.

Saw an ad in a local magazine. Mike came to give us an estimate for a shower update. We explained what we wanted done. Mike knew he could get the tiles we wanted. He made some very useful suggestions.
Mike has assembled a crew of experts. Carlos and Cameron came to remove the old drywall and install new ones. They returned after the tile work was done to reassemble the plumbing. They worked quickly, politely , and cleaned up after each day's work.
Arturo and his wife are artists. When it came to putting the new tile on the wall. Arturo spent a great deal of time planning his work. He made maximum use of the new tiles. The work took several days and each day the bathroom was left spotless. We couldn't be happier with the way the shower enclosure turned out.

How this company received a A+ rating is beyond our thinking. They have lied every step of the way, promised deliveries never met, weeks have passed and we are told it will be done the next day or week and never happens. We had a new tile floor installed with their knowledge and they never checked to see if the tile was the same thickness as previous tile and it was thicker. They even told us they had to wait till tile installed to make sure everything would work. Now they blame us because a dishwasher doesn't fit correctly. They used my ladders and wet vac and they were left a mess. Nothing but excuses. If you're working with them don't give the large deposit they ask for, you'll never get the job done. Just a terrible company to work with!

We contracted Gannaway to do our second bathroom. They started out OK but as work progressed we couldn't get any response from any person in the office . They never returned any e-mails or phone calls. The only person that did a good job was the tile person.
After that the other workers where never on time or didn't show up at all. Again calling the office for information and was told that someone would call right back ,that never happened.
The plumber came and installed the sink and never changed the shutoff values as per contracted, This caused the values to leak and damaged the vanity.
After letting the office about the damage their so called manager came to the house dressed in dirty shorts ripped tee shirt and flip flop shoes,
I wouldn't hire or advise anyone to use this company.
