I got my bathroom remodeled and I am so happy to have custom bath and kitchen remodeling be the ones who preformed the Work on my bathroom it is so unique and everyone who comes over loves the custom cabinets
We contracted Gannaway to do our second bathroomThey started out OK but as work progressed we couldn't get any response from any person in the office They never returned any e-mails or phone callsThe only person that did a good job was the tile person After that the other workers where never on time or didn't show up at allAgain calling the office for information and was told that someone would call right back ,that never happened The plumber came and installed the sink and never changed the shutoff values as per contracted, This caused the values to leak and damaged the vanity After letting the office about the damage their so called manager came to the house dressed in dirty shorts ripped tee shirt and flip flop shoes, I wouldn't hire or advise anyone to use this company
Saw an ad in a local magazineMike came to give us an estimate for a shower updateWe explained what we wanted doneMike knew he could get the tiles we wantedHe made some very useful suggestions Mike has assembled a crew of expertsCarlos and Cameron came to remove the old drywall and install new onesThey returned after the tile work was done to reassemble the plumbingThey worked quickly, politely , and cleaned up after each day's work Arturo and his wife are artistsWhen it came to putting the new tile on the wallArturo spent a great deal of time planning his workHe made maximum use of the new tilesThe work took several days and each day the bathroom was left spotlessWe couldn't be happier with the way the shower enclosure turned out
How this company received a A+ rating is beyond our thinkingThey have lied every step of the way, promised deliveries never met, weeks have passed and we are told it will be done the next day or week and never happensWe had a new tile floor installed with their knowledge and they never checked to see if the tile was the same thickness as previous tile and it was thickerThey even told us they had to wait till tile installed to make sure everything would work Now they blame us because a dishwasher doesn't fit correctlyThey used my ladders and wet vac and they were left a messNothing but excusesIf you're working with them don't give the large deposit they ask for, you'll never get the job doneJust a terrible company to work with!
