Just to clarify the facts, you were charged $to replace your manifold and according to your original complaint “they came out again and replaced a thing called a manifoldThe tub did not leak” That manifold was replaced on 3/1/2016, therefore the tub must have been up and running for some time before you emptied it for the summer, as you also stated previously We strive to give the utmost in customer service for all our customers As a matter of fact, customers such as yourself, who have older tubs that start to have problems and decide to purchase a new tub from us, we credit them back the cost of their last service call Also, nobody said that this was your fault It is common, especially with older tubs, leaving the tub drained for excessive periods of time can allow “O”Rings and fittings to dry out and deteriorate which will also cause the tub to leak

On March 1, we installed a new manifold into your year old Sundance Calypso hot tub, which was months ago and our warranty for replacement parts is days. However, we do not even know for a fact that your leak is occurring from the same manifold because we have not been out to
