Excellent service! They were friendly and empathetic. I saw a mouse in the basement, I called to set up an appointment and Fred came the next day, he inspected every nook and cranny inside and outside of the house for possibly entry points. He was extremely reassuring, he explained that there was no evidence of rodent activity therefore we were being extremely proactive by calling to them to combat this issue so early. Fred carefully explained how the bait traps work, how long they would last and how to check them. They are tamper proof making them safe if you have pets. He was able to give us information on how to inspect for entry points on our on and what times of the year to be more prevalent in doing so.
I’ve had this issue in the past when I lived in another state, at that time I called *** They charged me $275 for a third of the service I received from Gannon pest control! I was very impressed and I would recommend them to anyone!
