Review: I had paid for the general admission ticket ($25) to attend the July [redacted] Rooftop Pool Party and BBQ at the Gansevoort Park Hotel ft. Sak Noel. This ticket was described, on [redacted] as a ticket allowing me access to the hotel's rooftop pool, the DJ, and BBQ from 3pm-4am. I was disappointed to discover that upon arrival to the venue, general admission was not allowed access to ANY of the above. We were placed in a restaurant/bar and unable to go up to the rooftop where the party was occurring. I don't know what I had originally paid for, considering I am of age and able to attend a restaurant/bar setting without paying a $25 fee on any other given occasion. Had I known this MAJOR difference in tickets, I would have purchased the VIP ticket, which was only priced $10 more than my ticket, one that gave me zero access to what was detailed on [redacted]. [redacted] kept sending me emails detailing my ticket purchase prior to purchasing, still informing me of what would be included. The only different information I ever received was the day of July [redacted] in which the email stated how general admission would only have access to some of the venue, still completely unclear about the fact that I would miss out on the party's activities completely. I am very disappointed and definitely want my money back for an event that was falsely advertised to its members and was handled with complete disorganization and without consideration for those who were falsely informed. Review: In November, my wife stayed at the Meatpacking hotel in NYC. She stayed 1 night, but was charged for two. I called and had the issue cleared with the Gansevoort Accounting team. I was assured that the refund would be submitted and I should see it in 7-10 business days. After 3 phone calls, I was told that that the refund should be submitted soon and this was December *. Since then, I have waited and have called an additional 5 times and sent an email aslo to see when I will be refunded. I have not received a call back nor an email. I want my refund as it has been almost 6 weeks now.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. It wasn't my fault that they scheduled two nights when we only signed up for one. I am very upset by their lack of response and my need to constantly do their job and follow up on an issue that should have been taken care of weeks ago
