We have been working for FOUR months to get a check from these crooks!
We have submitted the same documents multiple times and we still get the same "stock" letter every two weeks It has been almost three months since the car was totaled, and we are still getting the "your claim needs more time due to outstanding documents, additional investigation, and/or file review." At this rate the vehicle will be paid off and they will still be playing the delay game ** has called them, on our behalf, and we still get the same run around But be sure, our claim representative is "outraged, and can't believe that this is happening" every time we call - but he never calls us back!
Steer clear of this organization ** - if you are partnered with this organization, dump them!
