I have purchased two Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (AT&T) devices from Garage Cellular in the past two years and the phones work great ! Fast delivery, fairly good price. One is used on TracFone and the other has a European SIM card (Ace Telecom). I was checking prices on another phone, and I saw a bad review on these people. Was not the case with me.
