I had an excellent experience with Garage Door Fixer I called to discuss my garage door issue and possibly schedule an appointment (2/29/16) The man answering my call was very knowledgable in my described problem, professional, and able to quote a price over the phone The technician that came was in my area so he was able to come WITHIN THE HOUR (!) of my calling I was thrilled! The technician was very professional, fixed the issue quickly and serviced my garage door system as well The technician answered any questions and was also knowledgable in the work he completed Also, pricing was affordable There is no doubt I will use this company again in the future Wonderful work completed and easy business transaction

They were at my home within two hours of my initial call. The man doing the repairs called ahead of time and gave me his estimated arrival time. He arrived exactly when he said he would be there, and he introduced ed himself and explained my problem and began to immediately do the repairs. Bobby was his name and I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent. Showed up when promised, did the work we discussed, charged the price quoted. Called another "national" company first, they came out and told me you have to replace BOTH springs that will be 150 more. That is bait and switch. These guys told me yes both springs needed replaced up front and their price was cheaper by 165 dollars. Very happy will recommend to friends and family.

Our home was built almost two years ago. The garage door motor that was installed was a bottom of the line motor that was loud and obnoxious, and only worked about half the time. We contacted Garage Door Fixer and they sent a service man out promptly. He called ahead of time and arrived when I was told he'd arrive. Jacob was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in his work. After inspecting the unit, he did offer to try and repair the unit. Since we were possibly interested in a quieter model, he was very informative about our options. We decided to have it replaced and Jacob did an excellent job. He went straight to work, finished up the job in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself, gave me the manufacturer's papers and made sure he answered all of my questions before leaving.
A week or so later, I realized I'd forgotten to ask about updating our keypad. Again, they were prompt in sending Jacob back out. He displayed the same quality of workmanship as the first visit. I highly recommend this company.
