These guys came to our house to put tension back on the doorThey then proceeded to tell my wife that we needed a new motor because the "circuit board was bad"The door would only open 1/wayWhen I called to explain this to them so they didn't look like fools in the future, I received an angry call back asking who was stating they tried to rip them offHe said he tried to adjust it several times but it kept happeningI took the belt off, adjusted the bracket and the motor opening and closing adjustments and it got better but kept happeningThen I pulled the cover off and saw the roller that adjusts the metal contact was loosePopped it back into the bracket and voila it works just fineSo either he is incompetent or crooked! During the return call he was rude, accused me of something I didn't say and my wife told me he was rude to her whileAfter that call I left a star review then at 915pm received a call from Chris [redacted] (part owner) who cussed me out and threatened meGreat customer service is not a priority, won't recommend to anyone

Great service provider, they were prompt in getting an appointment for me to look at my garage door problemThey did a great job in reminding me of what time they would arrive and thorughly explained what service they completed Very knowledgable and affordable for a routine issueWould recommend them to anyone, excellent experience

May 9th my dad had a company, Garage Door Guys, come to his house because his garage door opener was not working He was told by Mark *** that the circuit board was bad My dad said if he had to replace the circuit board he'd just replace the entire unit He also had a piece added to bottom of his garage door for dollarsThey sold him a WiFi Liftmaster and my dad doesnt even have internet or WiFi I called Garage Door Guys to ask questions because the keypad was not programmed and when my dad called back they said that keypad would not work with this model Keypad would be $plus laborHe paid a total $with $being the opener and installation The man I spoke to said my dad called them and he spoke "to the old man" My dad specifically said he did not want a keypad entry I said I don't believe my dad said he didn't want a keyboard as we had an old garage door opener replaced to have that feature in mandarin I told the guy my husband and I purchased a

I saw a recommendation for Garage Door Guys on a neighborhood net - I called and they came the next day, had the part I needed in the truck, fixed my door and the charge was very reasonable. I have since developed a handyman list with one of the employees and I really like working with him. He's very thorough, comes on time, is really nice, and does a good job.
