I paid extra for "Premium" long life 60,000 cycle springs. When they failed to live up to the billing, the company was no help. I called on a Friday and was told they needed to speak to a supervisor that wouldn't be in until Monday and they would call them. The supervisor never bothered to call me but after waiting around all morning and me calling them 3 times I got a hold a supervisor that was no help at all. I wish I'd known Friday that they weren't going to stand behind their products, as my car was stuck in my garage all weekend and I would have made alternate arrangements to purchase some new springs off Amazon. Like others have stated, they also sent me springs a different size than what I ordered and when I called and inquired they told me those were the ones I needed. Buyer beware!
They change order size without contacting us. Would not work for our door per professional garage door installer. Owner said too bad and refused to refund! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
Worst company ever. They sent wrong springs and then had the audacity to tell me that the completely undersized springs they sent will work for replacing the ones that are on my door. I have .262 x 2 x 44 and they sent 1.75 x 37.
I ordered a torsion spring for my mother’s house after the existing one broke and when I was prepping everything to install the new one I realized that it’s not the same size in diameter or length! After being on hold way too long for any business without speaking to a person. It wouldn’t be that important if it weren’t for the fact that she is elderly and the ramp to get her out of the house for Doctors appointments is in the garage. It’s .25 of an inch smaller in diameter and 3.5 inches longer than the one I ordered on my e-Mail receipt. I wasn’t sure if it was swapped out for a comparable size or anything because there’s no one answering the phone and there wasn’t any information about it with the package, or even on the spring itself, except for a shipping label. She has already missed one of her appointments and I need to find something out to at least know where I stand considering what was paid for this product.
Ordered parts you sent to wrong address, which was clearly on the invoice… and I paid your f[censored] $39.95 flat shipping rate. I've called and emailed you and got nothing back. The spring arrived at wrong address and was sent back return to sender… So please correct, or I will file dispute on payment… due to your mistake and not responding back…
