Garage Door Service and Repair

Hello,In response to this complaint: This is our second time coming back to a complaint about this dented top sectionThe first time we did not realize why it happened and gave the customer the benefit of the doubt and warrantied the damage and replaced the top sectionWhen we were called back on 08/18/it was clear that the damage was done from two factors 1: The opener down force control was set on max 2: The garbage cans are sitting against the track, that leads me to believe that when the door was coming down it hit the garbage can and with the force set on max it damaged the top sectionI offered a replacement section to the customer that she will have to buy, but she did not want itThe warranty for this Garage Door expired in July She does not need a new door she just needs a new top section replaced, which I am willing to do
