I was promised that there were not going to be any closing cost I spoke to Kaleb about this prior to closing, he was supposed to apply a lender credit the day of closing to cover thisIn addition I pay to have my wife added to the title and this was not taken care ofI was told additional paperwork would come in the mail Also, part of this agreement was for my escrow to be fully funded with the necessary amount for all taxes, insurance etcthat needed to be paidThis was not anything additional that was done on my behalf that was paid

Please bring the Closing Disclosure to someone you trust to reviewI understand that you don't want to take our word for it but you didn't pay any closing costI am sorry but there is no way for us to refund something that doesn't existThe money you sent after closing went into your escrow account to pay for your property taxes and homeowners insuranceIf you look at your most recent mortgage statement it will reflect that

Mr ***, Let me start by saying I am sorry that you are unhappy with your experience in speaking with ***I sat down with *** and we reviewed your callHe left out some very important information when going over your different options so I will try to fill in the blanks for you
You told *** that you currently have an interest rate of 3.625%, with a balance of $136,which is greatWhen we put your information into our system it will eliminate options that don't meet the VA recoup requirementsThe VA has a formula to calculate if your monthly savings is enough to offset the closing cost that would be rolled into your loan. This is very important and insures that Veterans are getting financially beneficial loansGoing through this information takes time so *** took a short cut and said "the market changed"I am sorry for this.I know your resolution is that you wanted the 2.875% that is on the mailer but incurring those cost would not be financially beneficial to youWe as a company would never want you to do something that is not financially beneficial and the VA would never allow itI hope this additional information helps and I hope you have a great day

I have attempted numerous times to get Forthright Funding to stop mailing their advertisements to our address since January 14th, They claim I can "SKIP" payments on my mortgage which the VA frowns upon (to those statements.) I never received a reply to my e-mail posted on that day and I made a note of it on the mailerSometime around April I received more and sent more e-mails on April 8th and April 13th to demand the same 'Do Not Contact' usOnce again, no reply to those e-mailsOn March 5th, we received yet another mailer from them once again stating that I can legally skip paymentsI found that trying to contact them was useless, so I submitted a report to the Revdex.com on the same day to attempt to contact the businessBecause of the lackluster design of the website, I cannot go back and check the results of the dispute, but I believe Forthright Funding stated that they would NEVER contact me againI assumed that would be the end of it, but on Nov 16th, I received yet another mailer directly from themI sent yet another e-mail to their company from the information they provided with their NMLS accountNo answer, so I attempted to find the old complaint but could notI submitted another oneIf this could be amended to the old case and reopened I would appreciate it so I can see this resolvedI had asked before, as part of a resolution, that they do not contact anyone at the address provided at any time in the future

I am sorry but there is no way for us to refund something that doesn't exist. The money you sent after closing went into your escrow account to pay for your property taxes and homeowners insurance. If you look at your most recent mortgage statement it will reflect that.

[redacted],  I am sorry that you feel this way about your experience with our company. You are correct, the mailer we sent you shows 30 yr fixed at 3.25%. It also says "Under 600 credit? So what (available at higher rates and fees)". This information is in the exact same font as the rest of...

the mailer (including the 3.25%) and not hidden in anyway. Your 3 credit scores were 527, 565 and 551. Unfortunately interest rates factor in risk and those credit scores are considered very risky.We record all of our phone calls and I listened to all of your conversations. I respectfully don't agree with how you described the "conversation".   Revdex.com - let me know where to send a copy of the mailer that we sent [redacted] to help clear this complaint. It clearly shows that below 600 credit has higher rates and fees.
