Revdex.com La Posada Drive Austin, Texas Re: [redacted] Complaint: Refund or Exchange Issues To Clarify, Garage Experts issues a “Refund Check” on August 20, and delivered it via US Mail, in the amount of $1,which was deposited by Mr [redacted] and cleared my account with Bank of America on August 28, In response to Mr***, I, [redacted] , Owner of Garage Experts was hired by Mr& Mrs [redacted] on April 19th, 2015, four (4) months prior to these allegationsHe signed our Contract on April 29th and mailed me a “Deposit Check” in the amount of $1,for materials to be used on his project on May 7th – May 9thThe materials to be used were “Custom Blends” of Floor Coatings for his Garage and Exterior Concrete WalkwaysThe material in question will probably sit on my shelves for years unless someone is interested in using these “Custom Blends”Mr& Mrs [redacted] have absolutely no regard for anyone other than themselvesTheir blatant disrespect for others as it relates to their Contractors time, Contractors scheduling and Contractors Employees is a disgrace, rude and unacceptableI take extreme pride in being punctual, return calls immediately (During reasonable and customary hours), treat customers with the utmost respect and I expect the sameI, personally spent about an hour discussing and demonstrating what the “Custom Blends” would look like for their new home, where they would be applied, etcI even agreed to meet them on a Sunday Morning which is about 1/hours from my home in order to be more accommodating for their work schedulesAfter a thorough conversation, I presented them with an itemized and detailed description of the work that was to be performedAfter multiple rescheduling issues as Mr [redacted] stated in his “Complaint”, we finally arranged to have the work completed on August 12th, to begin at 7:30amThe night of August 11th at 9:pm, (I had just gone to bed) the day before we were scheduled to be at their house, Mr [redacted] sends me an E-mail explaining that his Wife was having 2nd thoughts about the designI attempted to reassure them and asked if she would be there in the morning I would be able to show them the design that we had already agreed to and decided onShe was unwilling to miss min of work to discuss the application with meI had arranged to have men plus myself to work for Mr& Mrs [redacted] and now had explain to them we wouldn’t be able to work for the next days due to their indecisivenessI attempted again to meet with them after work, only to get rude, inconsiderate, an unapologetic commentsI gracefully suggested that it would be in their best interest to look for another contractorIn Conclusion, I did not work for Mr***, Mr [redacted] had paid a “Deposit for Materials in the Amount of $1,Mr [redacted] was refunded his entire amount, against my better judgement, in the amount of $1,prior to this complaintIt appears to me that MrMrs [redacted] are looking to place judgement and blame on others instead of looking in the mirrorI trust that the Revdex.com will review my comments thus preventing ANY Negative remarks on my Company for the actions of two “Disrespectful Individuals”If you would like to discuss this matter in further detail, please give me a call on cell phone listed belowRespectfully, [redacted] , Owner Garage Experts of San Antonio [redacted]

US Mail, in the amount of $1,506.00 which was deposited by Mr. [redacted] and cleared my account with Bank of America on August 28, 2015. In response to Mr. [redacted], I, [redacted], Owner of Garage Experts was hired by Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] on April 19th, 2015, four (4) months prior to these allegations. The materials to be used were “Custom Blends” of Floor Coatings for his Garage and Exterior Concrete Walkways. The material in question will probably sit on my shelves for years unless someone is interested in using these “Custom Blends”. Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] have absolutely no regard for anyone other than themselves. Their blatant disrespect for others as it relates to their Contractors time, Contractors scheduling and Contractors Employees is a disgrace, rude and unacceptable. After multiple rescheduling issues as Mr. [redacted] stated in his “Complaint”, we finally arranged to have the work completed on August 12th, 2015 to begin at 7:30am. The night of August 11th at 9:45 pm, (I had just gone to bed) the day before we were scheduled to be at their house, Mr. [redacted] sends me an E-mail explaining that his Wife was having 2nd thoughts about the design. I attempted to reassure them and asked if she would be there in the morning I would be able to show them the design that we had already agreed to and decided on. She was unwilling to miss 30 min of work to discuss the application with me. I had arranged to have 2 men plus myself to work for Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] and now had explain to them we wouldn’t be able to work for the next 4 days due to their indecisiveness. I attempted again to meet with them after work, only to get rude, inconsiderate, an unapologetic comments. I gracefully suggested that it would be in their best interest to look for another contractor. In Conclusion, I did not work for Mr. [redacted], Mr. [redacted] had paid a “Deposit for Materials in the Amount of $1,506.00. Mr. [redacted] was refunded his entire amount, against my better judgement, in the amount of $1,506.00 prior to this complaint. It appears to me that Mr. Mrs. [redacted] are looking to place judgement and blame on others instead of looking in the mirror. I trust that the Revdex.com will review my comments thus preventing ANY Negative remarks on my Company for the actions of two “Disrespectful Individuals”.
