Professional service all the way around from scheduling, to keeping the appointment time through to the very timely service. James was the service technician who was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the job. I would highly recommend GSP to my friends.

I had Ted w/ GSP come to my house and evaluate my gate issues. It needed to be re-leveled and the gate motor reset for proper open/close action. I got the estimate and was scheduled the following week. All work was completed on time and really cared about making sure it was done accurately. Good Job Ted! Thanks!

I was very satisfied with GSP and plan to use them again when I need work on my gate or garage door. I've used three different companies for this type of work over the last 12 years, and GSP is clearly the best. It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment, and the service exceeded my expectations. Anthony, the representative who handled my repairs, was polite, well dressed and highly skilled.

Unfortunately, GSP was not the first garage door company I called to fix my garage door... but they will be the one I call from now on! After being burned by one company who "fixed" a broken spring only to mess up the cables, I needed the cables fixed and called GSP. Chase called during his window of expectancy and actually showed up when he said he would be here. Seems like a no-brainer, but there are so many companys that don't respect your time this way. He fixed our problem... made our garage door work better than before and even oiled up our other door to help it work a little better (with no extra charge). I paid much less than I expected but feel confident that my door will be working for a long time now.

GSP was able to get to me the Same day I called, as promised the tech called me before arriving and arrived on time.Chase was the tech that came to my home, he was polite and very knowledgeable he took the time to explain what was wrong with my unit and made useful suggestions on what should be done to correct the issues.in about one hour he completed his work and showed me how to use the unit
This was an excellent experience , Chase is a great asset to GAP and I would recommend them to any one that has garage door opener problems.
