Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Garage Management Corpregarding complaint ID [redacted] .Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer is claiming we slashed his tire and tore of the rubber on his windshield wiperHe has spoken several times to another claims associates and the supervisor.Customer admitted he just replaced his wipers, so it is possible their was a defectWe at no time turn on or touch the wipers as this
is an indoor garage so no need to use them.As for the tire, he called over hours later claiming tire damageHis reasoning is that we damaged a tire before (this was in 2014), so we must have done it againExplained the gouge on the tire could have been caused by a pot hole or metal plates in the streetNo way to verify when it happened and it does not look like a damage done if the garageTire is gouged not sliced.I spoke with him again last week reaffirming our denial of the claim

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

1.  Windshield wipers were replaced with brand new wipers approximately 3-weeks before this incident. They were purchased and installed by the Volvo dealership and were in perfect working order until the day of this incident, when one of the wipers was completely torn off. I requested the car from the garage, began driving it and the rain started. I started the wipers and realized that one of them was torn off. Keep in mind that this is the SAME DAY as when the tire was torn.2.  Tire - I requested and received the car from the garage. I did not check all four tires of the car before driving out of the garage (I don't normally check every detail of my car for damage every time I request it from the garage). I started my two-hour drive to New Jersey (same drive where the wiper was torn off). When I arrived in New Jersey, I saw the tear on the tire. I immediately reported this to the garage. I also took a photo and sent this along to the garage. The fact that my car had no issues when I last gave it to the garage and then had two issues (wiper and tire) on the day of the incident, after requesting the car from the garage and upon my first drive upon receiving the car - leads me to conclude that the issue was caused in the garage. After making this claim, I also discussed this issue with the garage manager. He looked at the tire and admitted that the tear was likely caused by the lift on which the cars sit in the garage. He asked me to reach out to the Claims director at GMC and to have the Claims director contact the garage again to ask about this. When I spoke with the GMC office to request them to contact the garage one more time, they refused to do so and told me that their original decision to deny the claim stands and will not be changed by them. This is highly disturbing and does not appropriately resolve the issue. As I mentioned in my claim, I have had other issues occur with this garage in the past as well, and I realize that in a busy garage, minor incidents can sometimes happen. But in the past, GMC has appropriately taken responsibility for their mistakes and have paid for repairs. Having one's car damaged in the very facility where it is meant to be stored securely is a very disturbing to begin with. And then to have the garage deny accountability for it on top of the damage is unethical. Lastly - using this garage is a costly monthly expense. I pay over $400 a month for safe storage of my car at GMC's garage. If the garage causes damage to my car, I expect them to take ownership of the issue.

Review: Garage made damage to my vehicle and promised repair but have not delivered on their promise. Now they are deliberately ignoring my phone calls and messages.Desired Settlement: Estimate for the damage is $823.04. I would like to resolve the issue by receiving payment for cost of repairing my vehicle.
