Ordered a hot tub on 4/17/that promised delivery at the end of MayMay came and went and so did JuneWe went in to [redacted] Pools on 7/6/for a refund since there was never any communication as to where the hot tub was or why it was late [redacted] refunded our $depositI made the mistake of using a different credit card than the one I used for the down payment weeks later, no credit to my accountCalled [redacted] several times to get different person after personThis is a small company, I should not have to talk to that many people Company has not provided my refund and is forcing me to work with their credit card processing company, Worldpay, to find out where my $isOwner, Mrs***, hung up on my several times saying it wasn't her problem She has been nothing but rudeHorrible, horrible, horrible customer serviceAs a consumer, I should not have to hunt down my refundJust because it cleared their account doesn't mean they are no longer liable

I ordered a circuitboard for my cameo Sundance spa that I purchased from themThe circuitboard did not fit into my spa per a former worker from Wolf pools and spas who has been working on my tubWhen I ordered the part on 12/27/I ordered over the phone and paid for the part with my Visa debit card and my daughter picked it up on the same dayUpon looking at the part The former wolf employee realized it did not fit into the spa and also found that the pipes were frozen and we did not need the circuitboard any longerWhen I went to return the part they said at the company that they could not take back a part that that was their policyThey never told me that when I ordered the part and paid for it on the phoneWhen the owner called me to respond to my wish he was rude condescending and said the part did not fit which I believe it did fit
