I was true blessed to have found The Garage ProsMy previous contractor walked off my build and stole over $50,of work unfinishedBill [redacted] from the Garage Pros came highly recommended so I contacted himNo regrets, Bill and his team of workers completed the outside of my cottageNothing but kindness and quality work, very professional and curtiousI would highly recommend The Garage Pros, they provided what they quoted, the work was top notch and done in a timely fashionHis staff worked hard and got the job done! Not a good experience with this company! We purchased the garage door reconditioning and tune up from living socialThe first scheduled appointment no one showed or called to explain what happenedSo, I called to reschedule the appointmentMy garage door service was on 8/25/and they replaced my rollersOn Wednesday my garage door cable come off so, I called and text [redacted] to see if they can get out here and check on my doorHe told me he was too busy and could not get back out to my house so, he was going to see if someone else could come out and service my garage door [redacted] never called back so, I called him on Thursday morning and he said he would come out Friday 8/29/14, between AM - PM [redacted] who is the owner never showed up and never called backOn Saturday I called another company to come out and fix my garage doorThey pointed out the errors that may have led to the issues with my cable and part of it was due to poor workmanship Garage ProsThe reviews on Yahoo are similar to my experience with this companyI would NOT recommend this company to anyone because they have poor workmanship, they lack integrity, they are unprofessional and they have no customer service

Unfortunately our experience was negativeWe purchased a coupon from [redacted] for a garage door reconditioning and tuby Garage ProsThe first call to schedule was never returned, several days later another call reached a pleasant enough individual who offered to have someone out the following Friday between 11am - 1pmNo one showed up on that Friday, but I did receive a call a little after 2:30pm that same dayThe caller was very apologetic and offered to reschedule at a time when he could make sure and not have conflictsThings happen so even though a goodly portion of the day had been wasted, we rescheduled for the following Tuesday between 10am and Noon, with a promise not to keep anyone uselessly waiting againTuesday came and went, and not only did they not show again, but this time they didn't even bother to make a call [redacted] graciously refunded the coupon cost and we will move on to a more reputable company

Not a good experience with this company!
We purchased the garage door reconditioning and tune up from living social. The first scheduled appointment no one showed or called to explain what happened. So, I called to reschedule the appointment. My garage door service was on 8/25/14 and they replaced my rollers. On Wednesday my garage door cable come off so, I called and text [redacted] to see if they can get out here and check on my door. He told me he was too busy and could not get back out to my house so, he was going to see if someone else could come out and service my garage door. Under no circumstances would I ever recommend using garage pros. After what was possibly the worst install, I attempted multiple times to call Ryan Gay and he said each time he would come fix our issues. It's almost a year later and now I must pay another garage installer to completely remove the doors and start all over. When I asked Ryan about my 1 year warranty he stated that it must have been user error. So now I'm going to be out another $500 after paying almost $3000 for the original install and our garage is unusable until the new installer can fix it. Please don't get fooled by them like what happened to me.
