I've had my cars serviced by Litchfield Auto Repair for many years, and they've given me excellent service. I'm most happy to recommend them to anyone. The staff is always friendly, and they go out of their way to accommodate me with a ride to and from the shop if necessary. The repair only what is need to fixed or replaced.

We have been going to Litchfield Auto for several years. They repair our motorhome and our Saturn. Always do a great job and their prices are fair. They really go the "extra" mile to get our vehicle fixed correctly. Phil and all of the employees seemed to be a happy lot ! Ted Oehlerking

I am so pleased with the work that Spectrum Ina Road Auto Collision did on my Honda CRV. Good as new. What a relief. I was treated with courtesy and respect. Pricing was quite reasonable; timing was excellent. Javier was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully I won't need body work again for a long time, but I highly recommend the folks at Ina Road Collision.

I recently had some scratches on the hood of my car and I visited the [redacted] in Phx location to see if they could fix it. Ryan M[redacted] was pleasant and went above and beyond the call of duty with his service. He buffed the hood in a few minutes and said that's all it needed. When Dennis picked up the phone and we spoke briefly I knew I felt safe and sure to take my car to his shop.

I explained my situation having a hybrid. He doesn't really work on hybrids but told me to bring it down and he'd take a look at it

He explained to me what it could or maybe could not be but definitely would check it out thoroughly. I knew at that moment he was truly an honest person. Unfortunately the outcome wasn't the best diagnose Atleast I know when I get the Hybrid battery fixed. I'll have a real good running car. I also feel that Desert Sun took time out of their day and did a very thorough check of my car. Dennis was also helpful with other shops that can help me with this kind of car. I had a mechanic for 28 years and he's no longer with us. I never would have left. I'm so glad that Desert Sun's internet ad jumped right out at me. Now I found another awesome mechanic!!!!!

I stopped by their shop to inquire about the status of the engine in my pickup;; one of the principle recommended the diagnostic of the engine before the elaborate process of rebuilding or replacing the engine; they are professional and keen on giving you the service needed at the lowest cost; in addition to being consumer savvy, the are friendly and courteous; I recommend them highly.

I would like to commend Custom Paint Specialties for a job well done on my 2014 GMC Sierra Pickup Truck. The crew at this shop treat their customers with great respect and true professionalism in all work done in a very timely manner. I would use this shop without worry any time.

I recently had my car damaged while it was parked. I took it to Custom Color Specialties in Lake Havasu City, Az. I dealt with Tim L[redacted] and could not have been more pleased. It took a very bad situation and made it easier to deal with. They did an excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased. It ended up looking like it had just come off the showroom floor.
