I am rejecting this response because:Properly poured concrete should not crack six weeks after it is pouredThe cracks have grown and are now spider-webbed on out of the slabsAlso because of the grade the concrete was poured rain water and snowmelt now seep into the newly installed garage door bayI too had two concrete people come out and each relayed to me that the grade is incorrect as is the thickness of the concrete is incorrectI also reject this response because this is not the only issue with the jobElectrical work was also done. The job was left with electrical tape covering wires that connect to the mast and electrical tape covering wires that were cut to remove the original mast off the houseAlso one my downspouts was detached from the house and was not reattached properly. If Mr*** believes it is for concrete to crack six weeks after it is poured and it is to code to patch electrical house wires with electric tape then I ask for the city inspection that I paid Mr*** $for the permit to do the jobOtherwise I would like reimbursement to have a warrantied professional to redo the work.Thank you
Sincerely,

for concrete to crack like that, just caulk it. Ms. [redacted] said in her text to me that she had received a bid for $5,800.00 to remove and replace the concrete. I do not agree with that. I did call the Concrete guy who installed her driveway, his number was disconnected. Another reason to raise my Prices in 2017.
