In response to your inquiry case #XXXXXXXX, first it is our policy to attempt to satisfy every customer if we have done wrong but unfortunately in this particular case we did no wrong therefore there is nothing we feel obligated to do other
than feel bad that a customer left unhappyWe disagree with Ms***'s claim for the following reasons
Four employees noticed the damage prior to the car ever entering the shop area (see exhibit 1)
The damage and the yellow paint were noted on our check in sheet which Ms*** filled out her name and address herself (see exhibit 2)As a side note Ms*** claims she never saw our check in sheet yet it has her handwriting on it
The racks that the car was on would make it physically impossible for anyone to see the side the damage was on from outside the shop area and only employees are allowed in the ship
There is rust in the damaged area (see exhibit 3)
Ms*** called the police who came out, inspected the damage and agreed with is about there being rust(see exhibit 4)
Ms*** claims the repair estimate was just under *** This is absurd, not only did the officer estimate the repair at *** but the average wholesale value is *** (see exhibit 5)
For the above reasons we deny any responsibility for any damage on the vehicle in question
