Revdex.com spoke with owner, who explained that the work will be done in spring as soon as the vehicle is out of storage.

It is very clear that in the emails they did not dispute providing a false carfax-now have changed to the fact they do not provide those to their customers. Also, they had 2 trucks in my price range as I noted with dates in my original complaint. One had a manifold leak and the other per the service man it needed all new brakes/pads/rotors among other issues with it. Since the date I filed one month after visiting their dealership they have not received 1 truck within my price range. I have been consistent with all of my facts since day 1 with timeline for accuracy. I do not agree with their response. I am still requesting $3,000 due to negligent and bad faith business handling.
