We are terribly sorryWe will keep warranty.?

The roof was replaced years ago and yes it had a leak that we fixed, and then sent a contractor to repair the damages insideHowever it has been in a half years since and he never had a problem with the roof although this last year the Clovis/ Portales area was? hit with very harsh storms
in the summer and fall,? his problem began after Christmas.? On December 28th we had a horrible snow? storm named "Goliath" that had winds of to mphI believe his roof as many others in the area has been affected by the storm and not because of our installationThe homeowner called me and my wife several times and never once was understanding or niceEvery call has been full of threats and screamingI will not go over to his house and put my workers or my self in a hostile environmentWe are truly sorry that he feels it is our responsibility to repair the roof and ceilingIf we had not had those horrible winds of to mph our warranty would be in effect but our warranty covers anything that is less than mph, we would of gladly try to help him but we feel that the way he talked to us and about our business it is better for us to stay awayIf the roof would of been installed incorrectly his roof would of leaked several more times before FebruaryWhen it did leak we fixed it and took full responsibilityWe hope he can find someone to help him and are truly sorry that we can not helpif the situation would be different and we would of not received threats or felt in any way he was being hostile the outcomes would be different but anyone who has a business understand that working under threats and a hostile situations is never ideal
