I am rejecting this response because they are not true.  For example, they said they left messages on my phone.  The truth is they left a message on the phone (one)after my letter of concern, in which they explained that they fixed what they...

saw that needed repair.  However, they did not find everything that needed attention and the bill kept increasing with each visit.  It was then I reached out for your assistance to resolve this erroneous claim by Garcia Associates.  If they were honorable they would give me their business address and allow the court to decide the fate of this dispute.

Review: I would take the company to small claims court, but they don't provide an address which is needed to start the procedure. Perhaps you can help me. I called Garcia Aqua Associates early spring to repair my hot tub on the deck that was not working . On April 3, 2014 the six jets were repaired and the manifold system for $1,000..45 A week later when we opened the tub and recognized most of the water was gone. All this time the left side of the tub was not inspected. The repairman returned to fix another leak. We were told we would need to replace internal parts which needed to be ordered. On May 19, the repair man returned to fix the system. We finally thought we had a good running hot tub. There were more leaks the repairman didn't notice. Had he told us from the beginning that when he inspected the hot tub, it needed a lot of work and wouldn't be worth the money, I would have taken his advice. Instead, he continues to return to fix additional leaks on July 11. At that time I sent a letter of my dissatisfaction because I had already spent $1,824.63. and the summer was half over. One and half weeks later we prepared to go into the tub only to find out all the water was gone The repair man came and told me at this time it may not be worthy fixing because the estimate was $1,508.70 This is our first hot tub and I thought even though the repairs were expensive we would have a working tub for around 2 grand. It is only at this time on August 7 do we realize that we cannot add anymore money to this tub because we don't know what else may be wrong with it. Each time he comes up with just a few items. If we knew the hot tub would cost over $3,000.00 to fix we would have never repaired it. They are suppose to be the experts and give us an evaluation. I wrote an additional letter to the company and shared my disappointment that we were out over $1,800 and never had one day of use of the tub these last three seasons.Desired Settlement: I asked the company in a letter to give me at least half the money back since I do not have a working tub and that was the initial reason I called them. Whatever they put in and I assume they put in everything they wrote on the bill was wasted. I am 70 years old and my husband is 77 years old. We were not in the position to stand outside while he was working. He presented the bill-we paid and wrote on the invoice SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION. After further inspection we called each time or wrote to share our dissatisfaction since we never had a working hot tub. We are therefore asking for 900.00. If they are not willing to negotiate, then I am asking for their address-not a post office box-so I can have a court summons them.

Review: I had hired them to open the hot tub at the rental I'm in which was fully functional when closed 2 months prior (may 2014 it was closed, tried to reopen in July) Garcia Assoc. Not only charged my credit card $200.+ but told me me it would need about$1000. Worth if work and parts too get going again. We called the original company that closed it back in may to give [redacted] estimate and they were able to disprove Garcias claim of needed services (ie new pump and other minor pieces). I want my money back. They lied about the hit tub being inoperable and charged mere to boot.Desired Settlement: I want my money back!

We were hired to provide a service call to open a hot tub, when the technician got to the pumps, there was noted freeze damage & an estimate for the repair was sent to the renter so she could submit it to the home owner. [redacted] states the home owner had the original spa company come out to check it & there was no freeze damage. She provided an invoice to us that this was done, we refunded her payment.
