reimbursement check made to the Consumer dated April 7, 2016, in the amount of $1,584.19. Just to explain our cancellation process; we process a signed cancellation form for a consumer and then cancel the requested contracts with the warranty companyWe need to wait for the reimbursement to be received by the dealership; at that point we issue the reimbursement to either the consumer if there is no lienholder or to the lienholder if there is a lien currently on the vehicle. Unfortunately, this may take a bit longer that we would like, but we process and refund as soon as the process allows. We surely regret any inconvenience this process may have caused MrC***.
