When all parts came in, customer was contactedAt that point the service call was cancelled per customer that repair was not wanted for a discounted priceA rebuilt refrigerator was then placed in our system for this customer, to be delivered 1/15/We have offered this customer multiple solutions to get this refrigerator repaired, and none of the offers were exceptedIt has been more than months since original repair was madeNo contact has been made to us from the customer since JanuaryIf unit is still not working, then we would have come out and installed parts at a discounted rate (parts only) or offered a different refrigeratorWe will not be refunding any monies

No appointment was ever made on the 15th of January to install parts, as I was out of town. Therefore, I would have never set that up, nor did I cancel any appointments with them. There was nothing wrong with the board part on my refrigerator that they replaced two times. I want my money back

Good Morning, Sorry for the delay in response. I have pulled up the account for this customer. We did previously service this customer on 11/25/2013 for the issue of a no cool refrigerator. Technician did replace the temperature control defrost board, per his diagnosis. We did receive a...
call back from customer 1/7/2014 for the issue of items freezing in the fresh food area. This was a different issue then 2 months prior. Technician did diagnose unit and ordered a damper assembly and thermistor for a total cost of just parts $129.31-this odes not include labor. Parts did arrive and were scheduled to be installed 1/15/2014, but customer cancelled due to the cost of repair. [redacted] of the company did contact customer about her concerns with the cost of repair and offered to do the repair for just $100 (parts and labor). We have offered this customer a refurbished unit for a discounted price as well, and customer refused that option as well. We have not heard from customer. Like it is stated this was 2 different issues with this unit and both were diagnosed properly and repair properly done for first issue, customer refused second repair.
