Garcia Family Bail Bonds

Review: I [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], bailed [redacted] from garcia bail bonds through the stanislaus county jail. we had a total of 31,000 dollars paid when we had a family disagreement and [redacted] was intoxicated screaming at me and and insisted I sign with him to revoke [redacted]s bail. The moment it was revoked we called to reinstate it garcias refused to release him then they garcias came up with another idea we give them 8,000 more dollars the bail would be reinstated and squashed paid in full and they would bail [redacted] and have him released,we have done this and have our reciepts to prove this and a month later [redacted] is still in jail and garcias is refusing to do anything about it to release him or return our money. they are trying to steal our money taken out on a loan and borrowed from maria murillo who has since signed on the agreement to bail him. Please help resolve this matter. [redacted]. [redacted] has also been mistreated by the modesto police dept and sheriffs dept he was beaten upon arrest until he defecated in his clothes and they had to disguard them and they will not let him order off his canteen money. They are using his past criminal record to hold a vendetta against him however he served that time and that is the past. This case is not his fault he was attacked by neighbors in his own yard and it is a self defense case and he is the one who got arrested for it because of his criminal past.Desired Settlement: either bail [redacted] with his bail paid in full or refund the full 39,000 dollars
