My realtor contacted this business to do a home inspection prior to my purchase of the houseTo get the report we had to pay for the information first - understandable- which we didThere was no report of any major problems with this house per the inspectors report The closing was March On April we went to house and discovered a huge basement wall issue We called and spoke with [redacted] on April and sent him information he requested to look up his inspection report No responseWe sent a certified letter on April - [redacted] finally contacted us April 10-came to look at house April 11-he came and said he needed to look at his color pictures after looking at the wall-- We contacted him April as we did not hear back from him He said he had missed the problasked for his insurance information-said his wife would email it to us-did ncalled/texted again-his response-out of state for the weekend-and insurance agent out of town till April He will contact us mor
