I am rejecting this response because:Contrary to Garcia Honda (GH) believing they owe me nothing, I believe they do. The MasterCard documented decision was never provided to me, but I believe it and the *** dispute document review could support my position. GH used an unclear questionable form, and was less than truthful on occasion as borne out in my complaint, response, and related documents. I stand by my request that GH refund my $1,deposit. I don't understand their riddle, but maybe third time's a charm.Respectfully,

I am rejecting this response because:
Parts
of Garcia Honda’s (GH) response warrant address. I am submitting additional
information to support my claim and meet statute of limitations.
Firstly, their group form covers eight scenarios. GH selected what suited them. I refer you to criteria #3, “This is not a
purchase agreement.” And I wasn’t
ordering or awaiting delivery of a vehicle.
The new Crosstour was on their premises
The
*** (CU) Manager of Card Services conveyed MasterCard’s (MC) decision. I was shocked. He became aware that MC never received all of
my dispute documentation. Somehow the
ball was dropped between them and MC. Importantly,
I never received GH’s rebuttal of March in a timely way.
By May MC had already made its determination. MC never learned that GH added pricing figures to the group form after I signed the form, nor was GH owning up to their
advertised offer of $4K off MSRPThe CU Manager claimed his hands were tied and said since MC is an independent processing center,
the decision could not be overturned. Though he was apologetic, he could not take additional action. I
also never received a document explaining the decision
GH refused to negotiate my offer for the Crosstour. How serious were they to sell me the car. Not very.
On January 29, GH sold the Crosstour before even notifying me
of their refusal to refund my $1K deposit! Fair or honest business practice?
GH
accused me of going to Perfection Motors for a better deal. This was totally unfounded and an insult to
me. I rest on my complaint submittal and
request GH refund my $1K deposit

I am rejecting this response because:I thank Garcia Honda for the change in name on the service vouchers.  However, Garcia Honda is avoiding responsibility for its earlier dismissals of my very clear requests in this regard and its prior unwillingness to correct the problem, going so far as to telling me that it could not because of some nation-wide policy.  This is more than a "mistake" that needs to be "clarified".  There was misrepresentation and total lack of concern.
