Called Garcia Roofing to replace the ridge vent and repair some rotted roofing around my electrical pole where it comes through the roofThey came out and gave me a free estimateWe scheduled the work, they arrived when scheduled, did great work, even braced up the electrical pole so this damage would not happen againThey had us pay half the cost and asked us to wait days before paying the other half so we could make sure we are satisfied with their workWHO DOES THIS ANYMORE?? I called Garcia Roofing May 2016 in regards to water entering my home from a roof leak. After inspector took pictures and did a whole roof inspection I was told that by Mrs. Estefania that my roof has multiple issues and ask me who installed my roof? Because some of the issues should still be under warranty (knowing the age of my roof). I Told that Garcia roofing installed my roof, she said "no, I looked It up, and your name is not on records. After my husband suggested she looks under our contractors name, she told me that they can't do the repairs. I told her, if my is extremely damaged I can make a claim with my insurance company, she agreed. I made a claim and one of their roofers meat with my insurances adjuster at my house. My insurance company denied coverage because of multiple faults of the initial installation. I called Garcia roofing with that information and was told they can't repair my roof due to the Archatictual design of my house which has not changed since the house was built that when they istalled my roof. I spoke to the manger ( Mr. Gregg) multiple times and I was told he will get back to me after he reviews the file, but never called me back. I've left multiple messages and he haven't returned my calls. The improper installation was confirmed by a structural engineer hired by my insurance company.
Superb work by Garcia Roofing. I am extremely pleased with the work, the professionalism, and I am happy to say Garcia did a very thorough clean-up job at the end of the day.
