I called Garcia Roofing May in regards to water entering my home from a roof leakAfter inspector took pictures and did a whole roof inspection I was told that by MrsEstefania that my roof has multiple issues and ask me who installed my roof? Because some of the issues should still be under warranty (knowing the age of my roof)I Told that Garcia roofing installed my roof, she said "no, I looked It up, and your name is not on recordsAfter my husband suggested she looks under our contractors name, she told me that they can't do the repairsI told her, if my is extremely damaged I can make a claim with my insurance company, she agreedI made a claim and one of their roofers meat with my insurances adjuster at my houseMy insurance company denied coverage because of multiple faults of the initial installationI called Garcia roofing with that information and was told they can't repair my roof due to the Archatictual design of my house which has not changed since the house was built that when they istalled my roofI spoke to the manger ( MrGregg) multiple times and I was told he will get back to me after he reviews the file, but never called me backI've left multiple messages and he haven't returned my callsThe improper installation was confirmed by a structural engineer hired by my insurance company
