Thise is just one of manny Happy Costumers We service And We install Nothing But Brand New Original name brand Parts Honestly I am Not about bad Service But First of all I Did not Disrespect you in eny way I traid to talk to you sirHonestly Sorry about the hole night mare But we are human also and we make mistakes The only thing we could do only is replace the part we replaced but you also have to be considered of the whole Situation alsoYou called janWhen I Had Serviced Your Refrigerator on November . I under stand You Completele Sir well we Cant give you a refund but we can only fix it labor free but you would have pay for the part that is not working We only cover and replace the part we installed if thats whats wrong malfunctioned

I am rejecting this response because:this is not truewhen at my house you said we have months on your workMy wife was standing right next to me when I asked so I don’t care or understand why month is so important to youThis issue has been and currently is intermittentI had company come out before you but the noise had stopped when he was here so he couldn’t diagnose anythingAs I told you while you were here, the fridge at one point had tripped the breakerI had it turned back on a day before you showed up and it was working againSo even if the month mattered it comes and goes but even more important than that is you misdiagnosed the problem, I paid you $and I’m still left with a busted fridge, the part you put in obviously was not the correct part or I wouldn’t still have the exact same issuesYou basically robbed me of $bc I’m still in the same spot as I was before you showed up only $less in my AccountI never asked for anything free, but before even thinking that you may have been wrong you sputtered out how this wasn’t going to be freeWhen I questioned that you got upset with me and started raising your voicePlease don’t act like I had anything to do with thatAs of right now I do demand a refund bc you didn’t fix it and never offered to even look at it again without telling me it was going to cost me moreAs far as I’m concerned I you stole $from us, and as soon as you were confronted about your quality of work you got snotty and mad instead of actually exhibiting any sort of customer service and standing by your work.

We apologize for the inconvenience but Sir We have Knoledge that you took over a Month for this issue , Issues like this that involve your money back are with in hours or so ! We talked and honestly by talking to you I felt if my life was in jeopardy if I went to your houseWe told you that we
could help you but in case you needed a part that that was not provided only the Free Labor , and you sead that you wanted us to fix it for free ! Sorry For the inconvenience again but you also have to be understanding and not be ruud to people ! Thanks ITS HARD KEEPING THE HOLE WORLD HAPPY
