Revdex.comComplaint #10975866Mr C [redacted] brought in Lawn mower on 11/20/and asked for a complete service to be performed on his mower.Upon inspection our technician found the mower did not run and the cylinder head piston walls have scoring, which scratches where the piston rides up and down causing slight loss of compression and loss of power.This condition is consistent when mowers have lack of serviceHe also was informed about the mower having a slight bent crankshaft, which causes mower to vibrate when running.On 11/23/MrC [redacted] was informed of our findings, and he authorized the complete tune up knowing the condition of his mower.On 11/30/MrC [redacted] came to pick up his lawn mower, he started it up, paid and left.12/01/Mr C [redacted] called twice to our place of business and began verbally abuse one of our employeesIt is our policy and has been in place for over years to accommodate our customers concerns in any possible way to help defuse the situationBut, after several minutes of verbally abusing and threatening, MrC [redacted] was asked not to call back.In relation with form of payment, we do accept credit or debit cards when sales are over one hundred dollarsMr C [redacted] was informed of our payment policy.Sincerely, Garcia's Auto & Muffler Shop

*** ***:As a business that has been running for over thirty years, we understand the importance of being honest and upfront with our customers, due to this, we have established a large clientele based on honesty and the quality of our work. It is our policy to always inform the customer of the initial $65.00 diagnostic fee. Then, if they choose to get the car fixed at our establishment, we waive the diagnostic fee on the overall bill. In this case, we did inform the customer of our fee for the diagnostic of their vehicle . We cannot take accountability for what the client then does with this information
