In July, Mr*** ordered custom signs from us with text saying “ABSOLUTELY NO PEE-ING AT THIS END”When Mr*** placed his next custom sign order on August with the “Yes, improve my design for free” option selected, we assumed that the sign was also being used to enforce a facility
policy and thus fixed the grammar he had typed from “SHALLOW END NO PEE-ING ALOUD” to “SHALLOW END NO PEE-ING ALLOWED”When Mr*** called to question the text change we made, we explained why we made the changeThen in November we noticed that *** had placed another order with usAfter receiving your 1/6/email, we contacted Mr*** to better understand his dissatisfaction and we have today (1/7/16) given him a $creditProof of this credit is attachedMr*** seemed very happy with this outcome when we spoke to him on the phonePlease feel free to contact me if you have questions or need anything further from me to remove this suspension from our accountJason H
