told I believe a few weeks back, and *** *** says cash, which I do not recall*** *** pointed to Felix and said he sold it to meEvery item sold by Felix would be entered into the computer as a saleI looked in the computer for a sales history of the item and did see two sold, which *** *** said he purchasedOnly problem, it was a credit card sale purchased by a different customer, in which *** *** told me was not himWe had no other sales for this item purchasing two, and the prior single sales were months agoThis conversation went on for over minutes, not the pithy conversation in which *** *** wroteI never a ccused *** *** of stealing, I only gave him various scenario's of what can happen in my years of experienceThe sales person putting the item in a bag, forgetting to charge the customer, and yes, someone taking an item off the shelf and bringing it to the counter for a cash refund, or a store creditI never raised my voice, I never spoke with disrespectAs a courtesy, I will honor *** *** request
