First of all I did not do ***'s patio another company did the patio on his house where they did not even use the right materials for it or it seems with the years *** himself has tried to fix it since it is years old*** wanted me to give him an estimate to powerwash the patio and to put
polymer sand to help him fix his issue of the foundation sandI did go and put the polymer sand step by step following the directions so it would be apply correctlyAlso the patios base was not done right because the water does not really have a place to escape so it keeps a lots of moistureYes on my website I do say 100% satisfaction guarantee but on a job that I do from start to finish***'s issue was a repair and I do not give 100% satisfaction guarantee because I do not know what other issues will come since I did not do the patio from beginning to end

I would like to add a response to my original complaint that Garcia's landscaping replied to. IIn response to Garcia's landscaping response:1. Alex was not physically present at my house the day they put down the polymer sand, his two employees put down the sand. Alex came out a week later to seal the patio. Not sure why he said he followed directions exactly since he wasn't even there.2. Don't know why he said I've been dealing with it for ten years this was the very first attempt at correcting the issue of weeds growing in between the pavers, there is no issues with the patio and how it was originally constructed at all!3. The issue is that I stated my main concern to him before project was started and he stated that he would take care of the issue no problem and there will not be any weeds growing between the pavers. Otherwise why would I have paid him knowing the problem would not be fixed because of a "foundation issue" as he states. If he would have said , " I can try and fix this but weeds may still grow in between your pavers because of the foundation" I would have decided not to do anything and just accept spraying the patio w weed killer ever so often. However he gave me confidence his work would prevent weed growth so I decided the cost may be worth it. In addition to the sand being soft in many areas which shows the polymer sand they put down did not harden or was not put down correctly. Thank you,
