It appears "[redacted]" has been refunded $86.94 on 3/21/2016, and two other orders are currently under Chargebacks as of 4/28/2016, in which case, it is no longer in our hands, but the chargeback division and her bank. Until the customer can provide documentation stating she has lost the chargeback case, we cannot refund anything else. If there is anything else I may hep with, please let me know! Thank you.
