According to our records, Ms. [redacted] ordered our products (the Slimming Garcinia and the Slimming Cleanse) on a 14 day trial basis back on 11/03/2015 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $4.99. Her trial expired on 11/17/2015, and due to the fact she did not contact us to cancel her trial, she was subsequently charged on 11/17/2015 $89.92 for the garcinia and $79.95 for the Cleanse, and her autoship program took effect.
Ms. [redacted] contacted the Slimming Cleanse Customer Service on 12/05/2015 and requested for her subscription to be cancelled and wanted a full refund. We cancelled her account for the Cleanse and offered her a 50% courtesy refund of $39.97 which she accepted. Customer never called to cancel her Garcinia subscription and therefore was charged again for the Garcinia only on 12/17/2015 for the amount of $89.92.
We feel for Ms. [redacted]'s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing a full refund of $89.92 for the latest Garcinia charge and a 50% refund of $44.96 for the November 17th Garcinia charge and cancel her Garcinia subscription as well. Refunds should reflect on her account within 3 to 5 business days.
