I ordered garcinia cambogia from Pure Health as wellOrdered the trial first and after wkswhen I had not received it, called and cancelled the orderFound out yesterday ,6/6/that for the last two months they have taken $out of my accountOf course they are blocked now, but I'm out$and of course, now their number is disconnectedWhat options do I have if any?

I ordered a small bottle of Garcinia Cambogia about a month ago. Including shipping and handling it cost almost $7.00. However, they are charging my card $79.38 without my authorization. I have no idea why this is happening! I want these debits to cease immediately.

I received a free trial of the Garcinia diet/health pills. After receiving a 2nd order which I paid for, I did not see any results. So, I called in early January to cancel my account any future orders. At the end of January I received two more order notifications from this company, so I called again in early February to once again cancel my account and any future orders, as well as have my credit card number reimbursed for the fraudulent order and charges. Once again at the end of February and March 1st I received two more notifications of orders and shipment notifications. So I once again called into their customer service to cancel my account, future orders, and have my card reimbursed for the charges. I was hung up on 6 times while on hold, but kept calling back. Finally after reaching a customer service agent, I told them the reason for my call, as well that this was now the third time in three months I have had to call to cancel my account. The agent kept talking over me, going through their questionnaire trying to get me to stay with them. After, constantly being interrupted and talked over, I made it clear I was not going to go through this again and requested to immediately cancel the account and make sure my credit card was reimbursed for the fraudulent charges. She told me she has cancelled my account again and that my credit card will be reimbursed for the past two months charges, and I would see this confirmation within 24 hours.
I have yet to see or receive a confirmation, nor has my credit card been reimbursed for the charges totaling $236 over the past three months.
