Review: The product was ordered and I have not even had a chance to try the product and the company charged my account for the full price. Their trial offer starts on the day the order is processed. It is a 2 week trial offer but it took 10 days to get the product. Customer service advised me there are no refunds, I asked to speak to a manager, c/s then told me I could have a 30% refund, I asked for a manager again, c/s then told me I could have a 75% refund, I asked for a manager again and the c/s agent advised me no manager is available. I never once was able to get a manager on the phone. More than likely one was listening on the phone. I advised the c/s agent I have not even tried the product nor have I opened the product. She then advised me to send the product back and I will be issued a full refund. The issue I have is not receiving the product early enough to even try it and being charged full price after 14 days and being advised there are no refunds, then not 10 minutes later I was offered a 75% refund, then a full refund if I returned the product. These tactics are strong arming the public and they are charging $90 for a bottle of product and it is a monthly recurring charge. I have canceled my order in hopes that I am not charged again next month.Desired Settlement: I would like for the full price to be refunded once the product is received from me.

Review: I placed an online order for garcinia cambogia back in April I never received product but was charged 4.95 2 times on 4/30 and 2 times on 5/1 by 4 different names but from this same company. Then on 5/15 and 5/16 I was charged by these companies 79.53, 79.95, 79.97, 79.86. When I received my credit card statement I I.mediately called to see what the charges were for and was told that I had placed an order I said I order 1 item and never received the item so not understanding why I would be charged for an item I never received to even get the opportunity to try let alone cancel before trial if I never received it. They said well we sent it and we can't give a refund we can only send the product out to you again. I said no I no longer want it and I would like to get a full refund since I never received the product in the first place. They again said well its too late we want give you a refund I said well why wouldn't have to pay for an iem I never received ill I file a dispute with my credit card company. I also contacted the other companies and let them know I never even order their products and that I had been contacted by their company about product of which I told them I did not want but later in the mail I started getting all there products even tho I did not order them and returned them thru the post office I got hit with charges I requested each company to cancel and stop using my info. I only gave my info for 1 product initially and once this company got my credit card info they used it to continue to charge for other items they called me about that I said no to but they sent anyways. They abused my credit card information once they had access and I would like to be fully refunded as I have no products in my possession. Why should I pay a company $259.25 for absolutely nothing. I don't have their products and would like for them to refund my credit card for the amount listed above. Stop their Unethical practices. Unfair. Review: I signed up for a 14 day trial of this product that was also sold with the Garcinia Cambogia . I did not see anywhere online that it was anything more then a $4.95 shipping charge. I received the product with no packing slip so I could not even tell where it was from or a receipt. Later in the month a receive a credit card charge for $78.85 for the green coffee and $79.94 for the Garcinia. I called the Garcinina Cambogia line and after fighting back and forth got them to refund me $59.95 of the $79.94 product. I call to ask the Premier Green Coffee what it is for and they try to tell me I received a 4 month supply of the product(only received a month) and that I had 14 days to respond once received or I would be charged. I repeatedly asked to return the product as it has been less than 30 days and they refused. They kept offering 50% off discount of future purchases. They finally cancelled me subscription but would still not let me return the product for a refund. On top of that they signed me up with a live body coach and I had to go through cancelling that as well or be charged an additional $19.95 a month. Not only was this a waste of me time but I'm still out $100 for two small bottles of product that I don't even use. There phone number on the bottle doesn't even match the number that was put on my credit card. All I want is to return both of these products, and get a refund for the full amount. I very much question the validity of this company due to their many issues and sneaky sales tactics. When you call the number provided it does not even say what company the customer service is for. I feel they need to be investigated.Desired Settlement: $78.85 for the Premier Green Coffee extract and $19.99 of the remaining amount from the Garcinina Cambogia extract.

Review: THIS IS MY SECOND ORDER I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT WITH SAME ISSUE AS BEFORE BUT ONLY THE DIFFERENT CHARGE THAN THE FIRST ORDER. THE CHARGE FOR THIS ORDER IS SLIGHTLY HIGHTER. I ORDERED THE PRODUCT WITH THE ADVERTISEMENT SAYING THAT IT WOULD BE A FEE OF $4.95 FOR THE TRIAL PERIOD. I WAS TOLD THAT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL BEFORE THE TRIAL ENDED WITH IS AUGUST 17, 2014 THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY FURTHER CHARGES. I CALLED TO CANCEL ON AUGUST 13, 2014 AND HAVE BEEN CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES TOTALLING $39.98 CANCELLATION NUMBER 494-115216. I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT IT AND SHE JUST DISREGARDED THE INITAL OFFER AND ADVERTISEMENT TO TRY THE PRODUCT FOR ONLY $4.95. WHEN YOU CALL TO CANCEL AND AUTOMATION COMES ON TO PRESS 1 TO CANCEL. THEN WHEN YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION IT TELLS YOU ABOUT THESE ADDIIONAL FEES AFTER. I BELIEVE THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT WITH REGARDS TO THE CANCELLATION INFORMATION AND CHARGES.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF MY MONEY FOR $39.98. I WAS WELL WITHIN THE LIMITS FOR CANCELLATION. ACCORDING THE THEIR ORIGINAL OFFER TO PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTION AND NOT GET ADDITIONAL FEES CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL BY A CERTAIN DATE.

Review: I ordered the product. Going through the ordering process, it was blasted all over the advertisement that you only pay $[redacted]. Nowhere did I agree or accept being charged any further. About 2 weeks later, $[redacted] comes out of my checking account! I did not authorize any funds to be removed from my account on any upcoming date. There was no clear warning that I was signing up for this product after the initial order. I did not agree to them automatically debiting my account or debit card.Desired Settlement: This company is a scheme! They should have a specific warning/notice BEFORE the customer places their order that they are signing up for recurring charges unless they cancel the order by a certain date. This was nowhere in sight!! Furthermore, when they sent me a confirmation email there was not a copy of my full order/bill. The information should have also been included on the bill that was sent via email.
