I ordered a trial order advertised on [redacted] where the client pays $shipping and handlingI did not see any terms or conditions indicating I had to 'cancel' a membership within days on their websiteI checked my bank statement and saw a charge of $had posted from this companyI contacted their 800# ( [redacted] ) today and spoke to a service representativeHe said he couldn't refund my charge but would cancel future shipmentsI told him I didn't see any fine print on the [redacted] page that indicated a membership agreement and that I did not authorize any additional purchases including the one for $He apologized and said there was nothing more he could doI believe this company is operating under poor faith and are scamming othersI am currently disputing this charge with my bankThank you

I did not see any terms or conditions indicating I had to 'cancel' a membership within 14 days on their website. I checked my bank statement and saw a charge of $149.83 had posted from this company. I contacted their 800# ([redacted]) today and spoke to a service representative. He said he couldn't refund my charge but would cancel future shipments. I told him I didn't see any fine print on the [redacted] page that indicated a membership agreement and that I did not authorize any additional purchases including the one for $149. He apologized and said there was nothing more he could do. I believe this company is operating under poor faith and are scamming others. I am currently disputing this charge with my bank. Thank you.
