The consumer originally ordered on 12/22/14, a Buy 3 Get 2 Free order at the rate of $144.95. This included a monthly membership that recurred on 3/22/14 for the rate of $49.95 per bottle.
The consumer contacted us on 3/30 to cancel the membership. The customer was notified of the charges on the account, and it was closed from all further billing and shipping. During this call, the customer service agent issued a credit of $49.95 back to the customer as a courtesy. This was accepted on a recorded phone call, and the account was considered closed. Refunds take three to seven business days to credit from date of issue.

Review: I received a shipment of product in which I didn't want. First off, the shipment had no invoice attached so I had to search online to be able to contact this company. I called them and found out that somehow I chose Autoship (no idea I had apparently done this). I asked the sales rep how I could go about returning the product and getting a refund. His response was "they don't have a retail store therefore they can't accept returns". End result is I have a supplement which doesn't work and it cost me $49.95 and I'd like a refund. I sent their company an email explaining my dissatisfaction and they offered no help at all. I'm very displeased and feel like I've been stolen from.Desired Settlement: At this point, I'd like a full refund of the product.
