Shawn M [redacted] the owner of Summit Outdoor Living, (An shell company of T&S Construction & Landscape LLC) wrote me a contract to pour concrete in my barnHe asked for half up front, of which I paid, and then came out for one dayOn that day he asked me for an additional $in stone, to which I paid forHe then spread a 1/of the stone that was delivered in total and left for the dayAfter that, it took repeated text messages and phone calls over three weeks to get him to com back out and spread another 1/of the total stone in the course of about hours one afternoonAll of this was done using heavy equipment that I had to provide access to, fuel for, and arrange delivery ofAt this point now, he has worked day (~7hrs) and an additional ~2hrs one other dayFirst day he had people on site, the second time only two peopleI am now stuck with ~tons of gravel in a giant pile in front of my barn doors and after almost two months he now refuses to answer my dail

We paid on April 17th as a down payment and signed the proposal along with Shawn to replace our Front steps , stoop and sidewalkThe balance of was due upon completion but that never happenedWe contacted Shawn several times via phone text messages, email and phone to schedule the job and was told several times he would be here to do the work but never showed upOn July 29th I requested a refund and 8/12/via another text message he responded and said he would send it out this weekendWe have yet to receive the refund check as of 9/
