I have been a customer, since 2001,and recently, I return Arthro 8, and all I ask for, was a replacement, for the three, I sent backThe reason I return them, was because, after a few times, trying to get past the nasty smell, I open another bottle, and same smell, I have been taking Arthro 8,and Arthro 7, for many yearsI return, and they sent me two new bottles, and the third, no communication, about itI call, and they said, it would be prorated, Really, how cheap, I left message, for the manager to return my call, which was April 21st, No callI will not rocemmend Garda Vita, to anyoneWhat has happened to customer service , lost a long term customer*** ***

Mr*** called our customer service department on September 11, and requested to receive his Autoship earlier than he was previously receiving it because he running out of productCustomer Service offered to change his interval from every days to every days and the customer agreed
This way he would receive it a couple days sooner every month and would not run out of productSince September 2015, all of his Autoship orders have shipped every daysOn February 29, 2016, Mr*** called to ask why his order was processing earlier than the 17th of the monthOur Customer Service Representative explained to him that his orders process every days as per his requestCustomer was not happy with our response and requested that we cancel his Autoship orderWe have confirmed that his Autoship order was cancelled on 3/1/2016.As a courtesy, we have mailed Mr*** a pre-paid return label, if he wishes to return his orderOnce we receive his return and it's processed, a refund will be issued to him.We would also like to apologize that his call was disconnected and hope that Mr*** accepts our extended apologies for these issuesOn our part we believe this situation has been resolvedWe value all our customers and sincerely hope that Mr*** has also been satisfied with this resolution.If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.Thank you *** *** Call Center Manager *** Ext***
