I wanted to apologize and explain that during the time period of the requested repair the company was missing several employees...

and was delayed in making the repair and the water feature had to be off from September to November 1st.
Noted while repairing refill on October 30th was that the larger stone had sank and tilted slightly towards the pump weir and will need to be propped up and raised slighting to allow for proper water run off. This is being scheduled now for Wednesday November 4th.
The site was on October 30th visited and a solution to the problem was made by adding several 90 degree adaptors 3/4" to lower the refill mechanism to the pond. The pond as well as irrigation system was drained for the winter season after a two day test on the pond refill mechanism.
November 7th,2015, Garden Art returned with three man crew to raise the main waterfall boulder and correct the pitch of water fall. Repairs to waterfall have been made and tested,
In addition to completing these repairs Garden Art will extend the Water Feature Warranty Until November 1st 2016 and Drain the System and Start up the System for the water feature and maintaining any necessary repairs.
