Review: When my friedrich air conditioner was purchased and installed in June 2014 I was told there would be a $30 rebate from friedrich. [redacted] from this store said he would mail me an authorized dealer receipt and send me form to get my rebate. I have called his store on numerous occasions and have never had the courtesy of a return call. This rebate offer will expire on September ** so time is running out. This company has a reputation of never returning phone calls and should not get away with it.Desired Settlement: Just send me or I will pick up if necessary the authorized dealer receipt in time before rebate expires. I don't understand their behavior. No money is coming out of their pocket.

the time to send in my rebate has expired. I now expect garden city appliances to mail me a check for $30 which I lost through their negligence
