I arrived this morning to pia brand new CX-GT AWD Crossover which I "thought" I purchased on Saturday, from Raydenisse P [redacted] (salesperson) We agreed on a monthly lease price, it was seconded by a sitting manager & it was handshakes all aroundExcitedly, as I left the dealership, I phoned my children to tell them Daddy had just bought a new car!!!!! I told them I was picking it up on Monday & that right after school we would go for a rideWhen I arrived at the dealership this morning, MsP [redacted] was all smilesShe went over all the new features, etcI was then escorted back to the leasing manager's office where I was told that the dealership could not offer me the terms I was quoted due to credit concernsThe first thing I told MsP [redacted] on Saturday was that my credit was sub-parShe smiled & said no problem, " [redacted] " That reassured me to no endFast forward to today, when my payment per month skyrocketed nearly $I said, I thought we had a deal made on Saturday, handshakes & allEveryone just threw up their shoulders, tails between their legs & said it was out of their hands & the bank had the last wordSo dejectedly, I did not leave with a new car, have a knot in my stomach & am infuriatedPlease do not under any circumstances think about dealing with this institutionThey are disingenuous, unprofessional & deceitful!

Garden City Mazda will be mailing a refund to [redacted] for his diagnostic charge. The quoted cost of the job was to replace the whole ignition cylinder so the key can work again. [redacted] will receive his refund by check immediately.Paul P[redacted]Garden City Mazda
Review: Garden City Mazda took a $200 dollar deposit from me one year ago when I was looking to lease a Mazda CX-5. The saleman was [redacted].
I found out 2 days later that I was not approved for the lease and the [redacted] tired to get me approved for purchase of the vehicle with 9 banks to against my wishes. I never wanted to purchase a vehicle.
My credit was destroyed because of the [redacted].
They have yet to return my deposit. I have been trying to get my deposit back and [redacted] will not give back my deposit.Desired Settlement: I want my $200 deposit
